How fast is a website delivered?
The private demo is usually ready within 5 business days. Delivery follows within 48 hours after your invoice is paid; the clock only starts after your payment.
Does my client receive messages from Alvereno?
No. All client communication is disabled for reseller orders. Demo, approval, payment and delivery run entirely through your WHMCS or your reseller panel.
Can I start without WHMCS?
Yes. The reseller panel offers exactly the same capabilities: ordering, status tracking, downloading deliveries and managing invoices. The WHMCS module is an extra integration for those who already use WHMCS.
What does the partnership cost?
The program itself is free. You only pay a fixed net price per sold package; your selling price and margin are yours to decide.
What happens if my client does not want to buy?
The demo expires on its own and nothing is charged. You only pay when an order is actually delivered.
Can my client order custom work?
Custom work is disabled for reseller orders. The packages have a fixed scope, keeping prices and delivery times predictable.
